About My Research
Across 9 published articles and proceedings, 4 forthcoming publications, and 10 national and international presentations, I advance applied insights that improve organizational communication, promote ethical collaboration, and transform how emerging technologies are developed and used.

My research has appeared in IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication, Technical Communication Quarterly, The Online Learning Journal, the Proceedings of the ACM International Conference on Design of Communication (SIGDOC), and other venues. Additionally, I have three forthcoming book chapters, including a contribution to The Routledge Handbook of User Experience in Technical Communication.
