Amber Hedquist

I am a Research Specialist with the Arizona Water Innovation Initiative, a PhD Candidate in English (Writing, Rhetoric, and Literacies), and a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University. I bring together user experience (UX) principles, community-engaged approaches, and emerging technologies to transform how people collaborate, communicate, and engage with complex issues. I prepare technical and professional communicators to collaborate effectively and ethically across academic, professional, and community contexts.
